At Sheldon Elementary, character education is at the heart of everything we do. Each month, we focus on a specific character trait—such as respect, responsibility, kindness, or perseverance—to help students grow not just academically, but as individuals. Through classroom discussions, school-wide activities, and real-life examples, we guide students in understanding what these values look like in action. By emphasizing character education throughout the year, we aim to build a positive school culture and prepare our students to be thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate members of their communities.
